The Administrative Council consists of members elected by the General Meeting and the state Groups. It meets at least annually.
The responsibilities of the Administrative Council:
- Election of the non-executive members of the Board of Directors.
- Election of a Chair of the Auditing and Accounting Board.
- Fixing the budget.
- Issuance of the bylaw regulating membership fees.
- Approval of the annual financial statements and the annual report.
- Ratification of the decisions of the Board of Directors.
- Appointment of the auditor.
- Appointment of honorary members and members of the Relief Fund Supervisory Board.
- Establishment, relocation and closure of state business Offices.
